MILLION SUNSETS

Located along Xemxija's promenade. This project, although small in scale had its challenges both architecturally and structurally. It was an architectural feat in making the tiny footprint work feasibly on each floor and also a structural accomplishment due to the site’s location being situated on blue clay. The lightweight steel structure was erected on piles and specialised foundations, while the old building was still erected. Diligent work and co-ordination between various professionals and contractors in the field, resulted in contemporary living spaces with an amazing sea view, enjoying "Million Sunsets".
